In the event where a new trial feature is introduced to the users of Financialruler.com, you must understand and agree that the trial feature is used at your own discretion and FinancialRuler Pte Ltd or Financialruler.com is not liable for you experiencing any adverse effect of using the new trial feature.

You agree that FinancialRuler Pte Ltd may use ideas obtained from your contribution and participation in FinancialRuler.com’s social community, blogs and other platform to improve any aspect of FinancialRuler.com including improving the Products, advertising or marketing materials. You grant FinancialRuler Pte Ltd an everlasting, global, fully transferable, sub licensable, binding, fully paid-up, and royalty free license to use the feedback you provide on FinancialRuler.com in any way. FinancialRuler Pte Ltd will not sell, publish or share your feedback in a way that could identify you without your consent.

Your Rights Granted to Us

By providing FinancialRuler.com your personal particulars and financial information, you are licensing that content to FinancialRuler Pte Ltd for the sole purposes of providing you with the Products. FinancialRuler Pte Ltd will also store your content for the sole purpose of continuing to provide you with the service. By providing FinancialRuler Pte Ltd with your information, you are stating that you have given FinancialRuler Pte Ltd rights to provide you with the service (using that information) without having FinancialRuler Pte Ltd to pay for any fees or other limitation.

FINANCIALRULER PTE LTD MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED AS TO: (i) THE AVAILABILITY OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES FROM YOUR PROVIDER AND ACCESS TO THE SERVICES AT ANY TIME OR FROM ANY LOCATION; (ii) ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSION OF THE TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES; AND (iii) ANY DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES OR FAILURE TO TRANSMIT ANY DATA, COMMUNICATIONS OR SETTINGS CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICES.

Alerts & Notifications

FinancialRuler.com may send automatic email alerts to your computer or mobile devices from time to time. Alerts and notifications sent will consist of but not limited to; new updates on FinancialRuler.com and changes you made to your personal and financial information. You can choose to turn off the alerts and notifications by accessing your settings in FinancialRuler.com and doing the necessary adjustments. Alerts and notifications may include some of your personal information which will be displayed on your emails. Anyone with access to your email will be able to see your personal information when the alerts are sent. As such, confidentiality of your account and email should be your own responsibility so as to avoid any possible problems that may arise from not securing your account and email properly.

Unauthorized Usage

You agree that you will not:

Posting Rules

Other than the Products provided by FinancialRuler.com, additional features include the blogs, chats or bulletin boards. These forums may be hosted by FinancialRuler Pte Ltd or by one of our third party service providers on FinancialRuler Pte Ltd.’s behalf. You agree in posting content to follow certain rules.

  • You are responsible for all content you submit to FinancialRuler.com.

  • Except where expressly permitted, you may not post or transmit charity requests; petitions for signatures; franchises, distributorship, sales representative agency arrangements, or other business opportunities (including offers of employment or contracting arrangements); club memberships; chain letters; or letters relating to pyramid schemes. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, fully transferable, sublicensable, non-revocable, fully paid-up, royalty free license to use the feedback you provide to us in any way.

Social Media

FinancialRuler Pte Ltd may include other interaction with users through different social media platform such as Facebook®, Twitter®, LinkedIn®, Instagram®, Pinterest® and YouTube® that enable online information sharing and social interaction with other users of the platforms. Any content you post, such as pictures, information, opinions, or any personal information that you make available to other participants on these social platforms, is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of those platforms. Please refer to those social media platforms to better understand your rights and obligations with regard to such content.

Refund of Purchase

Upon purchasing FinancialRuler Pro subscription, there will be no refund. Once the subscription expires, your FinancialRuler account will revert to a Lite account, and you will no longer have the additional storage quota or features granted by the Pro upgrade.

THE CONTENT AND ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ASSOCIATED WITH FINANCIALRULER.COM PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE (WHETHER OR NOT SPONSORED) ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. FINANCIALRULER PTE LTD MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONTENT OR OPERATION OF FINANCIALRULER.COM OR OF THE SERVICE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Your Indemnification of FinancialRuler Pte Ltd

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinancialRuler and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees (including costs of defense of claims, suits or proceedings brought by third parties), in any way related to (a) your access to or use of our Products, (b) your User Content, or (c) your breach of any of these Terms

Termination

If for any reason, you would want to cease your agreement with Financialruler.com, you can abolish all agreements and connection with Financialruler.com by deleting your account through the account’s settings.

FinancialRuler may terminate or suspend this license at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. Upon termination, you continue to be bound by the Terms.

Changes to our Terms of Use

FinancialRuler Pte Ltd reserves all rights to make any and all changes in this website at its sole discretion without prior notice to the user. FinancialRuler Pte Ltd reserves the right to deny access to this website to anyone at any time without prior notice. Materials on our website may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes may be periodically incorporated into this material. FinancialRuler Pte Ltd may make improvements and/or changes in the products, services and/or programmes described in these materials at any time without notice.
